Domaine La Falize celebrates its 400-year anniversary. For this historic occasion, we wanted to combine our passion for agriculture and fermentation and pursue our commitment to our unique terroir. Similarly to our wine and market garden production, we delved into the fascinating world of koji fermentation and soy sauce production. Our Soy Sauce is naturally fermented and aged in oak barrels for a period of minimum 24 months. Oraio is the result of years of experimentation to produce a singular terroir-driven Soy Sauce
